Dry aloo sabji for your dosa..

Ingredients

  • 2 spoons vegitable oil
  • 1 tea spoon jeera
  • 1 tea spoon mustard seed
  • 2 full onion
  • 2 chopped chilli
  • 4-5 leaves curry leaves
  • 1 spoon turmeric
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 5 full potato
  • 1/2 spoon salt

Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes in a vessel for 10-15 minutes.
  • Chop the onion, chillies and coriander.
  • Add oil to a pan and allow it to heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add jeera and mustard seeds to the pan. After this add curry leaves, onion and chillies to the pan.
  • Stir the mixture for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add turmeric and salt to the mixture.
  • Chop the boiled potatoes into small or medium pieces and add them to the mixture.
  • Heat the mixture for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add coriander leaves on top.
  • Your dish is now ready to be served. You can serve it with dosa or chapati.
