Ingredients

  • 250 grams dry figs
  • Khoya/Mawa/Khawa half cup
  • Sooji (semolina) half cup
  • Sugar half cup
  • 3 tblsp ghee
  • Nuts and cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Soak the dry figs in warm water for 4 hours.
  • Stir fry sooji/rawa in the ghee on a low flame until aromatic.
  • Add paste of soaked figs and dry it.
  • Add sugar then the khoya and stir until ghee separates.
  • Add nuts and mix well.
  • Switch off the gas and then add cardamom powder.
  • Serve in a bowl.
