Heat the pan at low temperature. When the pan is heated add 1 and 1/2 tbsp of butter, add diced apple and caramelized the apple at low flame for 2-3 min.
Add cinnamon powder, sugar, apricot jam and mix the mixture nicely and caramelized for another 2 min so the flavour of cinnamon powder and apricot are infused.
Take a bread slices and cut the edges of both the breads.
Apply left over butter on the both slices of bread and cut into strips for 1 bread. Cut the another bread with cookie cutter in the shape of small aluminium mould.
Now take a small aluminium mould grease with butter, add small piece of bread which is cut in the shape of mould at the bottom of mould , add the cut strips of breads vertically the sides of mould, now add the mixture of apple pie tart, cover the mould with bread cutted in shape of mould.
Bake the apple pie tart at 180 degree Celsius for 10 min.
