  • one Banana (Frozen or regular)
  • half of apple
  • two tea spoon rolled oats
  • one tea spoon flax seeds
  • half tea spoon Chia Seeds
  • one tea spoon raw sunflower seeds
  • 5-6 Almonds
  • 10-12 raisins
  • 2 tea spoon Honey
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chilled water
  • 1 cup milk - dairy milk or soy milk or yogurt


  • step 1 : ripped the banana and apple and cut them in to the pieces.
  • step 2 : now in a mixie jar put all the above listed ingredients starting with the liquid base , that is little bit of water or milk first.
  • Step 3 : Now once all the ingredients are in the jar , bland all of them till the time consistency becomes creamy. you can adjust the consistency as per your liking by adding any of the given liquid ingredient.
  • Step 4 : once its done pour in to the drinking jar and have it cold.
