A healthy and easy to make , cold beverage loaded with vitamins and nutrients is perfect breakfast or even a lunch option for the people who are always on the go.
step 1 : ripped the banana and apple and cut them in to the pieces.
step 2 : now in a mixie jar put all the above listed ingredients starting with the liquid base , that is little bit of water or milk first.
Step 3 : Now once all the ingredients are in the jar , bland all of them till the time consistency becomes creamy. you can adjust the consistency as per your liking by adding any of the given liquid ingredient.
Step 4 : once its done pour in to the drinking jar and have it cold.
