  • 3 large chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Plain flour
  • 2 eggs or Cornflour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Italian mixed herbs


  • Take 3 large chicken breasts and cut and slit into 6 pieces.
  • Rub them with salt pepper and fresh grated garlic. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Take 3 wide bowls.
  • In one bowl take plain flour and add a little salt n pepper.
  • In the second either beat 2 eggs or make a paste of Cornflour and water.
  • In 3rd bowl, spread breadcrumbs with some Italian mixed herbs.
  • Dip the breast in the dry flour, then the Cornflour paste and last the bread crumbs. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil and fry 3 minutes each side of the breast and keep in a baking tray.
  • Make a sauce similar to pasta sauce and spread little on each piece.
  • Mix half cup each parmesan and Mozerella grated cheese and heap on each piece. Top it with fresh parsley.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
