Ingredients

  • 70 gms Brown penne pasta
  • 200 gms Chicken
  • 1 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs
  • 1 pinch Chilly flakes
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1/2 cup Pasta sauce(Home made or ready made)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat pan, add 1 tsp olive oil and fry garlic on medium heat.
  • Add chicken n fry until done.
  • Add all the veges and herbs and mix on high.
  • Add the pasta sauce and taste then add salt chilly flakes and pepper powder as per your taste.
  • Cover and simmer for few minutes.
  • Remove in a serving plate.
  • Sprinkle 1 tblsp of grated cheddar, parsley and some white pepper.
  • Micro for 30 seconds to melt the cheese and enjoy your easy tasty healthy meal.
