Ingredients

  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1 bowl cooking oil
  • 1 kg Chicken boneless
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 bowl Mint leaves
  • 1 bowl coriander leaves
  • 3-4 Green Chillies
  • 1 bowl Curd
  • 2 table spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 4-5 table spoon milk powder
  • 1 spoon baby leaf salad
  • 3 pieces coal

Instructions

  • Take the chicken in a bowl. Wash and clean it well with water.
  • Make a paste of mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies and 1 pinch sugar.
  • Grind it properly to make a fine paste and then add it to the chicken.
  • Add salt to taste, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste to the chicken.
  • Allow it to marinate for 1 hour. The longer it marinate the juicy it becomes.
  • Now take a pan and heat it.
  • Add oil to the pan and shallow fry the chicken in the pan.
  • Allow the chicken to cook properly. You can use a spoon to check it if its cooked.
  • Give your chicken a smoke of coal for a better essence.
  • Your hara bhara chicken kabab is now ready to be served with some green salad.
