Spicy chicken masala starter..

  • 1/2 kg Chicken
  • 2-3 whole onion
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • 1 whole garlic
  • 1/2 grinned coconut
  • 1/2 bowl coriander
  • 2 table spoon vegetable oil
  • 2 table spoon garam masala
  • 1 packet suhana masala
  • 2 tea spoon salt


  • Take the chicken pieces in a bowl and add turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste.
  • Allow it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • In a pressure cooker add the chicken and water until the chicken is dipped. Turn on the flame and allow it to heat until 2 whistles.
  • Fry the copped onion in a pan until it becomes little reddish.
  • Add the onion, ginger, garlic and coconut in a grinder and create a paste.
  • Now add 1 table spoon of vegetable oil in a kadai then add the grinned paste to it and fry it for sometime.
  • Now add garam masala and suhana masala to the kadai along with salt to taste.
  • Add the boiled chicken to it and allow it to fry for 10 minutes.
  • Turn of the flame and cover the kadai with a plate or lid.
  • Add coriander leaves to it and server.
