Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Black pepper
  • 50 gram garlic
  • 3/4 kg rice
  • 1 piece fried onion
  • 1/4 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon tumeric
  • 2 qty tomato
  • 4 pieces cinnamon
  • 4 pieces cloves
  • 2 to 3 qty onion
  • 1/2 kg chiken
  • 100 gm curd
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 150 gm oil
  • 2 leaf bay leaf
  • 1/4 gm coconut
  • 1/4 bunch mint
  • 3 tablespoon solapuri masala

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken with turmeric,salt and curd. leave this for 1 an hour.
  • Wash rice and leave it for 15 min. Half boil rice . Make a paste of garlic ginger,coriander and coconut,mint
  • After 1 hour marination prepare chicken.
  • add oil in pot ,add cloves,cinnaman,black pepper ,bay leaf wait for 1 minutes then add onion in it stir the onion till the onion is brown.
  • add tomato then add the paste of garlic ginger,coriander and coconut,mint and solapuri masala stir well till the oil comes out.
  • If u want to add any birayani masala u can add ,then add chicken in it cook it for 25 minutes.
  • after that take a cooker and then add 1 st layer of half boiled rice then 2nd layer of chicken and fried onion and coriander add layers like this l.
  • then cook it for 15 min then serve it .
