Ingredients

  • 2 whole potatoes
  • 1/2 tea spoon salt
  • 2 tea spoon kanda lasun masala
  • 1 small spoon turmeric powder
  • 2 spoon groundnut grinded
  • 2 small spoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small spoon jeera

Instructions

  • Add 2 spoon vegetable oil to a pan and heat it.
  • Add jeera, turmeric, masala to the pan.
  • Now add sliced potatoes to it and add salt from top.
  • Add grinded groundnut to it and cover the pan with lid.
  • Heat it for 10 minutes.
  • Your aloo sabji is now ready to be server with either bread or chapati.
