Ingredients

  • 1 250 gms Chicken boneless breast
  • 1 tsp Plain flour
  • 1 tsp garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Mix herbs

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken for 15 minutes with salt and pepper. Then grill it in an open pan until brown on all sides.
  • In the same pan add a piece of butter then crushed garlic and flour. Now add half cup milk and mix.
  • Add 1 tblsp of cream. And 1 tblsp of grated cheddar cheese.
  • Lay out the chicken in a serving dish. Pour sauce on it.
  • Garnish with chilly flakes/parsley.
