  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 5 tablespoons raisin
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cups unflavored instant oats
  • 1/2 cups Almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Flex Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil / Ghee


  • Dry Roast the oats and Almonds in a pan on medium low flame, until they change the color in light golden.
  • Let the oats and almonds cool down and in mixer grinder jar put the oats , almonds , flex seeds , cinnamon powder and grind all these ingredients in a fine powder.
  • Take out this powder in a big bowl now add Honey , peanut butter , vanilla essence , coconut oil or ghee and Raisins in to the bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients nicely and form it into a dough , now grease a baking dish or any flat dish with some ghee and flatten the dough in the dish , press it nicely and now put the dish in to freezer for around 20-30 mins until the oats bites set completely.
  • Now cut them in to the pieces of your choice or shape and enjoy the bites.
