Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 pouch enno
  • 3-4 garlic
  • 1.5 cup coriander
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seed
  • - curry leaves
  • 3-4 Green chilly
  • 1.5 cup Gram flour
  • 2 cup Rava
  • 1/4 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1/4 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  • Take a bowl, add 2 cup rawa & 1.5 cup gram flour mix it well.
  • Add curd and mix it well.
  • Add grinded or small chopped chilly and garlic.
  • Add salt, and pinch of turmeric and sugar.
  • Stir to make a thick batter of Dhokla, add some water if needed.
  • Put a pan or cooker, add some water and let it heat.
  • Take a Deep plate and apply some oil all over plate.
  • Add 1 pouch of enno (lemon flavoured) into batter and mix it.
  • Pour the batter in plate and fix the plate onto pan once water heated.
  • cover the plate with another plate and put some weight on it.
  • Leave it for 20 mins.
  • After 20 min turn off gas and take off plate form pan.
  • Take a pan, add some oil and let it heat. Add curry leaves, Green chillies and mustard seed to prepare a tadka.
  • Spread tadka on cooked batter and cut into small peices of dhokla.
  • Take out pieces into a Dish and serve with Green chutney.
