Mango Souffle is one of the most delicious dessert, made from mango pulp. Can be done with fresh seasonal mangoes as well.

  • 90 gms mango jelly
  • 1 table spoon plain gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water for soaking gelatin
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 200 gms fresh cream
  • 2 cups mango pulp
  • 3-4 table spoon sugar (optional)


  • Dissolve mango jelly in 1 and 1/3 cup warm water.
  • Soak gelatin in warm water and stir it until dissolved.
  • Add gelatin to warm jelly mixture and let it cool.
  • In a mixie bowl add the cream, condensed milk and the mango pulp.
  • Make a smooth paste.
  • Add the jelly mixture and churn it again.
  • Now taste and add the sugar according to your taste if required. I did not add.
  • Once all mixed pour it out in a container to set.
  • You may add small pieces of mango to the Souffle.
  • Now set it in the fridge overnight.
  • Use your imagination to garnish it whatever way you want. I used whipped cream and some pista which was available.
