Ingredients

  • 1 bowl raw rice
  • 2 onion
  • 1/2 bowl green peas
  • 1 bowl potato
  • 1 tea spoon Jira
  • 1 tea spoon rai
  • 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tea spoon goda masala
  • 2 spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 4 table spoon cooking oil
  • 2 table spoon biryani masala
  • 2 tomato
  • 2 table spoon ghee
  • 1/2 bowl coriander leaves

Instructions

  • In a kadai, add cooking oil and allow it to heat.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, copped onion along with hing and fry it until it turns reddish.
  • Now cut the tomato into small pieces and add this to the kadai and fry it.
  • Now add goda masala and biryani masala to it and fry it for 5 minutes.
  • Now wash the raw rice in water and then add it to the kadai.
  • Add 2 bowl of water to it and mix well.
  • Add 2 spoons of ghee to it.
  • Allow it to cook for 15 - 20 minutes on a low flame.
  • Your masala rice is ready to be served.
