Breakfast the morning energy booster. So how about otas thalipeeth,???? yes twist in tale????. Thalipeeth is a traditional Maharashtrian breakfast prepared from multigrain flours. But today I made Thalipeeth using oats.

Ingredients

  • Ingredients: 1 or 2 packet of Saffola oats flavoured one
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato finely chopped
  • A pinch amount of Jeera
  • 1/2 tablespoon? of salt
  • 1/4th spoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4th spoon of red chilli powder ( as per your taste) 3 table spoon of jowari flour
  • 2 table spoon of besan flour

Instructions

  • Add the contents of Saffola oats packet into a blow, add finely chopped onion ,tomato,the spices as mentioned above, both the flours and mix well.
  • Add both the flour as mentioned above and some water , the mixture should not get mushy a flowing consistency.
  • In a pan add some 1 1/2 table spoon of oil spread the mixture on to it , cover it WID a lid for about 8 mins remove the lid and apply a bit ghee to top n flip to other side .
  • Let both the sides get fried well ,though it's not hard as thalipeeth it's bit soft and easy to digest ??????
