Breakfast the morning energy booster. So how about otas thalipeeth,???? yes twist in tale????. Thalipeeth is a traditional Maharashtrian breakfast prepared from multigrain flours. But today I made Thalipeeth using oats.
Ingredients: 1 or 2 packet of Saffola oats flavoured one
1 onion finely chopped
1 small tomato finely chopped
A pinch amount of Jeera
1/2 tablespoon? of salt
1/4th spoon of turmeric powder
1/4th spoon of red chilli powder ( as per your taste) 3 table spoon of jowari flour
2 table spoon of besan flour
Instructions
Add the contents of Saffola oats packet into a blow, add finely chopped onion ,tomato, the spices as mentioned above, both the flours and mix well.
Add both the flour as mentioned above and some water , the mixture should not get mushy a flowing consistency.
In a pan add some 1 1/2 table spoon of oil spread the mixture on to it , cover it WID a lid for about 8 mins remove the lid and apply a bit ghee to top n flip to other side .
Let both the sides get fried well ,though it's not hard as thalipeeth it's bit soft and easy to digest ??????
