Delicious pav bhaji for your snacks or breakfast

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 capsicum
  • 250 gram cauliflower
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tea spoon kashmiri lal mirch powder masala
  • 1 packet pav bhaji masala
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  • half packet butter
  • 3 table spoon cooking oil


  • Grind the tomatoes and onion in a grinder to make a thick paste.
  • Now chop the potatoes, capsicum and cauliflower into small pieces.
  • Add this chopped mixture to a cooker and cook it upto 2 whitles.
  • Grind this cooked vegetables in a grinder and remove it in a bowl.
  • Heat a pan with 1 table spoon oil and add the tomato and onion paste to it.
  • Add ginger garlic paste to the pan and stir the mixture well.
  • Now add the mirchi powder, pav bhaji masala, salt and turmeric to it and heat it for 10 minutes.
  • Then add the vegetable paste from the bowl to it.
  • Add butter from top and mix it well.
  • In a pan add some butter and roast the pav.
  • Add some chopped onion, cucumber and lemon in a plate along with the pav bhaji.
  • Enjoy your pav bhaji.
