Tasty non-veg stuffed boneless chicken breast with spinach and haloomi cheese and baked in Bolognese sauce

  • 2 table spoon Chilly flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 table spoon grated haloomi cheese
  • 1/2 bunch spinach
  • 1 large boneless chicken breast.
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper
  • 1/2 cup parsley


  • Slit the chicken to create a hole in the chicken breast.
  • Heat a pan add some garlic and stir fry the spinach until dry.
  • Add to the grated cheese and add required salt and pepper to it.
  • Mix it well and stuff this mixture inside the breast.
  • In the same pan add 3 tblsp of Bolognese sauce and saute it then add required spices and according to your taste.
  • I have added chilly flakes, white pepper and some parsley.
  • Spread a little sauce in a baking dish. Place the stuffed breast over it.
  • Spread the remaining sauce over the chicken.
  • Bake at 180 for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Now top it with some Mozerella and grill for 5 minutes to brown it.
  • Remove n garnish with more parsley and serve.
