Ingredients

  • 1 bowl suji (sheera)
  • 1 bowl of sugar
  • 5 table spoon ghee
  • 1 small bowl milk
  • 4-5 chopped almonds
  • 5-10 raisins (kishmish)

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add suji to it and roast well.
  • Heat milk in a separate pan.
  • Now add milk and sugar to it. Mix well.
  • Cover with a lid/plate and cook on low flame for 5 minutes till it melts.
  • Now add chopped almonds and raisins snd mix well.
  • Server hot garnished with almonds.
