Ingredients

  • 1 small bowl coriander leaves
  • 1 small spoon salt
  • 1 small spoon turmeric powder
  • 1 spoon Red chilly powder
  • 250 gm pumpkin
  • 2-3 bowls wheat dough

Instructions

  • Firstly boil the pumpkin in a cooker.
  • Mix the pumpkin with the wheat dough well.
  • Now add red chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder and coriander leaves.
  • Mix it well.
  • Now your puri dough is ready to be made.
  • Prepare puri's from the dough and server them with tomato sauce or pickle.
