  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1 cup grated lauki
  • 1 cup chopped fresh methi leaves


  • Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough
  • Add to taste...salt, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, haldi, ginger chilly paste, lemon juice.
  • Make rolls and steam them until cooked.
  • Let it cool. Now cut into pieces.
  • Heat oil add mustard seeds, white til, kadhi patta and fry the pieces. Garnish with fresh coriander.
